A beautiful 1931 S key date Lincoln wheat cent graded MS 64 RB by NGC. It carries a strong strike throughout both sides with attractive red and brown surfaces. A very attractive coin with a lot of red remaining throughout both sides. It also holds some attractive toning most notably around the rims of each side. This key date coin holds a low mintage of only 866,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 8,000 have survived in red brown condition such as this one. It is one of only 934 graded Mint State 64 Red Brown by NGC.
