A 1914 D key date Lincoln wheat cent graded XF 40 by PCGS. It carries excellent details for the grade with full jaw line separation on the obverse and fully defined wheat stalks on the reverse. A very attractive coin with an appealing chocolate brown patina.
This key date coin carries a low mintage of 1,193,000. However, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 120,000 have survived in all grades today. This coin is one of only 572 graded Extra Fine 40 by PCGS.
