A 1909 S key date Indian head cent graded MS 63 BN by NGC. It carries an exceptional strike among both sides with nice full four diamonds on the obverse. This key date coin is the nicest one we have ever offered graded Mint State 63 Brown by NGC. It has also been approved by CAC for quality. This date has been in extremely strong demand lately among collectors. This key date coin holds a very low mintage of only 309,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 3,000 have survived in all grades today. This coin is one of only 91 graded Mint State 63 Brown by NGC.
