A beautiful 1869 California Fractional Gold half dollar graded MS 62 by PCGS. PCGS has notated this particular fractional gold piece to be the BG-919 variety. These are always interesting for us to offer in inventory as we seldom come across these in large quantities. A neat coin that is shaped as a hexagon as shown in the photos provided.
We are uncertain the mintage of this particular coin but PCGS estimates that only 145 have survived today. This coin is one of only 27 graded Mint State 62 by PCGS.
