A beautiful 1869 better date two cent piece graded MS 64 RB by PCGS. It carries a great strike throughout both sides with attractive red and brown surfaces. A very appealing coin that has also been approved by CAC for quality. This date is slightly better for the two cent piece series with a mintage of 1,546,500. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 1,000 have survived today in red brown condition such as this coin. This coin is one of only 143 graded Mint State 64 Red Brown by PCGS and is one of only 29 approved by CAC in this grade level.
