This 1796 draped bust dime has been graded fair details 'plugged' by NGC. It has a readable date on the obverse with decent overall details. The surfaces look very original but it has had a hole at sometime that has been plugged near the left of the date on the obverse. A tough coin to find in an 'affordable' grade such as this example. This first year of issue date holds a low mintage of only 22,135.
